I've looked and researched, it looks to me like a mid to late 80s 3 wheeler. Used to have wooden handles, only 1 bowl handle, blackwall wheels. It appears the grate sits on the indentation around the bowl, but in all the family portraits I only saw one other like that, other than SJs. There are 2 of them on CL locally and both have that ring. Neither has an ash pan.
I want one but not sure the asking price is reasonable. Thanks

It's called a Happy cooker- a Weber mfg'd product sold at sears. They have that ridge on the side that the grate sits on. The top vent tab is usually unstamped with the smaller 4 vent holes. The wheels are also unmarked. It has has an ash catcher tray at the bottom of the bowl to catch the ash and even out the airflow. Lastly, it has these different plastic handles.

here are more pics of them.

Thanks Lawrence, that helps. He is supposed to send me more pics tonight, hopefully can get a better one of the top vent.

I did not. There is another one locally, he was going to send more pictures yesterday but didn't and now won't answer me so it may be gone as well.
