I think it's a Weber 6731 Style Poultry Infusion Roaster but missing the vertical holder piece (or not shown in your photos).

It's a great little beer can chicken stand. It's heavy and sturdy. I put red wine in it when I cook the chicken. The little round piece is used to plug the neck but a slice of onion or potato works better.
