What Else to Smoke?

Fried Turkey won out last year against my smoked version, so this year I will only fry a bird. What is another meat that I can smoke that will go with the fried turkey?

What about a big 'ole ham? I am probably going to smoke both a ham and turkey on Thanksgiving.

I am going to butterfly a pork lion stuff it with Cinnamon apples, and smoke it on the weber kettle.
