What do you pay for Baby Back Ribs?

I live in Washington State and Baby Back Ribs seem to be very spendy here, and are the only ribs you can find in most grocery stores. Maybe ribs are not as popular in this part of the country and this is why they are priced so high? Most grocery stores sell them for $5.99 a pound, and at Costco your looking to pay $3.99 a pound. Is this a common price in other areas for these?

$3.99 is as cheap as they come round here.

Babybacks go for $2.99 at BJ's during the summer, in winter up to $3.29. Many grocery stores have sales that match this price about every other month.

$2.29/lb (case price). $2.39 off the shelf. This is a local meat wholesaler with a cash and carry store.

2.26-2.99/lb or 5.99/lb from my butcher. The BB from the butcher are from younger hogs he also trims and takes the membrane off for me. Usually a better tasting meat.

About $2.94/lb from Sam's and/or Costco, I've never seen them above $3/lb though unless at some high tone grocery or butcher shop.
