I've seen pictures in a few Facebook and forum posts of people running 2 fans on their WSMs. Does anyone here do that? If so, what are the advantages over running just 1 fan?
Here's my current setup:
22.5" WSM
Fireboard 2 Drive
BBQ Guru Pit Viper 10CFM Fan
Would adding a second Pit Viper (with a fan splitter) to my setup provide any advantages over the single fan setup? The only thing that immediately pops in my head is that the two fans may help produce a more even burn in the charcoal basket (Arborfab basket, if that matters to this discussion).
