What are some of the most popular recipies?

Please, please forgive me if this is redundant, but I just assembled my WSM last night after upgrading from my ECB and am anxious to try some stuff out.

I hope this would help others too. What are some of the crazy-popular recipes here that are "must tries"? So far after bumbling around I have found:

* Roadside Chicken
* Kevins Competition Ribs
* BRITU
* Keri's Hog-Apple Baked Beans

Some of these were found in the general boards and others were in the recipe section. Are there any others we should check out?
