Unfortunately with all the comp cooking I do, it's pretty rare any more that I cook on one of my webers. I had a rack of spares in the freezer I needed to cook so I figured why not multitask at work! Today, I cooked on my 22 kettle that I keep at the shop. Fired it up about 12:30, ribs on at one. Seasoned with Clark crew 5xl all purpose. Wrapped them in foil when they were done and rested, then brought home. Put in low oven til served with some rainbow chard and ranch beans. What a treat for the weeknight!
