Not a scrap. Good thing I made myself a couple of pulled pork sandwiches when I pulled the meat, and "sampled" the brisket as I was slicing/chopping it, because there wasn't much left - and I gave my guests doggie bags.

Total tally was 2 butts and 2 briskets. I think I over-cooked the briskets slightly, as they pretty much fell apart when I tried to slice them, so I gave up and chopped the beef instead. No complaints from the guests, they ate every bit.

I made 2 BBQ sauces, both from this board - I made the Carolina Red for the pulled pork, and one of Chris's Texas sauce recipes. Everyone who tried them asked for recipes. Even had a vegan put the sauce on her tofu hotdogs (there was no meat drippings in either sauce, because I knew we had vegetarians coming.)

All in all, a successful cook. I'm going to upload the brisket pics to the Picasa album as soon as I have a chance. I'll update the thread when I do.
