Just a simple cook, it was more tasty than it should have been.
Red hot chops, performer at 550 and I was trying to keep it cooler, around 400. Baby slice of hickory.
Full chimney of all left over coals from the weekend.
Secret weapon rub on the chops after being rubbed with mustard.
Brown beans with mustard, maple syrup and piri piri sauce......insane combo.
Hot grilled asparagus, salt, pepper and garlic with good o.o.
Chops to 135 or so...rested for 5 minutes, for the rare cooked to white, juicy lean centre cut chop.
A weekday meal that turned out great on all ends.
