In Weber's Way to Grill, on page 85, there's a recipe for beef ribs with barbacoa sauce. Does anyone know what kind of ribs those are? The recipe calls for 7 ribs, about albs. That feels light for full size short ribs. Are those back ribs? Could you use the same recipe with short ribs?
