I got a 22" WSM last week. When I put it together one of the screws broke. I sent Weber an email and advised them of the screw and also said that the door required some bending to align properly...which was most likely due to shipping.

All I asked for was one screw...on the front porch today in an overnight box was a new package of hardware and a new door and latch.

Man...nice to see that.
 
Had a similar experience recently with a new WSM 18. Several of the nuts and bolts were not in the hardware pack although the entire package was sealed. I guess somebody can't count. Weber CS had a me a new package of hardware in 2 days.
