Weber Summit Silver Cookbox PN 82573

Hi There,

In search of a Weber Summit Silver Cookbox PN 82573. I actuality only need the front and rear metal panels of cookbox, the side panels of cast aluminum are good.

Anyone know where to acquire complete cookbox or parts? Any guidance appreciated.

Might be a tough search.
Don't think Weber sells them anymore and those left are likely used and have the same issue as I'm guessing yours does - rust holes due to the brilliant idea by Weber to not use a full cast aluminum cookbox like they did on the Genesis

I think there is a guy on here who made or can make new panels but may only be for the 1st gen Summit
 
Brad, it is well known on this forum that the parts you need are just not available any longer, either from Weber or aftermarket sellers. However, there is a member on this forum that has created a solution to the problem that those panels present.

They were still available up to a few years ago. The real question is would you be willing to pay that much for one if you could still get it.Screenshot_20240606-225431.png
