Weber Summit newbie

Hi everyone, I'm Dean. First time writing, although I signed up in 2020 to find out about LP to NG conversions. Purchased a Weber Summit 650 in 1999, and over the years have had family/friends help me grill on it. Nothing but wonderful memories involving time spent cooking on that grill. Happy to be a 1st Gen Weber Summit Partisan, as I wouldn’t have anything else.

Appreciate the welcome very much. Just reaching out before my students arrive to class-3 more years until retirement-can't believe time flies so fast. Hoping for some clarity regarding a grill that I accidentally found in Chicago online, and much to my wife's chagrin, had shipped to me. It is a new old stock Weber FT600. Had seen several of the flat tops here in California, both the 6 burner & 4 burner style, but always in rough shape . A couple of things threw me about this one - a) no indication of it being a Summit & b) it only has 6 flavorizer bars (not the standard 11 for a 6 burner) with 6 rest spaces, so basically the burners are covered but nothing inbetween. Would this be an Aussie version?
