My beloved went to Edinburgh yesterday, that's Scotland btw, and had an amazing time with a demonstrator who was obviously an expert chef as well as his BBQ skill set. She came home with a bunch of tips to up our game and she was also the only lady there of 12 participants and the only one who even know what a snake was, as in a charcoal snake.
