Weber Q Deal?

Since I know absolutely nothing about the portable grill line of Weber, is this good deal?

They're asking $100

Thoughts on what it can be haggled down to?

Any pitfalls with the product model to check for?
Is it a 1200, and are there various generational models to these? If so, which is this?

Thanks!

Looks like a 1200 to me. IDK if it's a good deal though since I don't know what they cost new.

You can get them for close to $150 new on sale. If not new, that looks close to brand new. I would offer $75 if I really wanted one. That is likely only a couple years old. On Q grills, I say the newer model, the better.

Yes it's a 1200 - still a current color - less than 8 years old. Current retail is $259.00 - all parts still available. I'd offer $50.00.

Well I bit the bullet, got it home, and push button ignition doesn't work.

Popped it out, removed the exploded AAA battery, cleaned up the contacts with a Q-Tip and white vinegar, threw in a new battery, and it fired right up.

It included the cover, grill brush, and foil drip pans.

She said her elderly mother used it 5 times, and that's exactly what it looks like.

Yah, those electronic igniters will fail in no time. If that one fails for good, just buy an old fashioned piezo igniter and put that in. Last one you will likely to ever have to buy.

Yet the one on my Q320 is still working perfectly

If it was closer, I would buy it. Good price!
