Weber Performer US-EU(German) Adapter Gas ignition

Hi all,

Please feel free to add this post under a different topic if this one isn't correct. I figured it was okay since it is a question around charcoal grills (Weber performer)

Anyways, I'm looking for some help. I have a US version performer with a gas start. I've ran out of the US gas camping bottles, and need to connect up to a European or better yet, German version of gas as I now live in Germany.

Does anyone know where I can get an adapter for this? Or have a recommendation on how to convert it? I've been to the local hardware store which also carries Weber, and they have no clue. Weber says they don't make adapters but there has to be a solution out there.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Not sure how good your German is but Amazon Germany has various adapters like this:

You probably still need a pressure regulator.
There is also a German Grill forum. Depending on your German skills you could raise the question there:
Or I could do it for you.

Thanks a lot Stefan! I’ll have a look into it
