Weber has announced they've acquired June Oven 100%, including its products and software.

Pretty interesting. Figured this fit best in the pellet grill section. Sounds like they are trying to improve their in house tech.

Doesn't the SmokeFire controller run the JUNE operating system? I have the competitor's version of that oven - BRAVIA which cooks by light.

Yes June developed the SmokeFire software and cook programs.
Great move by Weber!
