ok, weber makes 3 griddle sizes anyone have one. how do you like it... or does any cast iron griddle do the job. and what about aluminum griddles from wally world... Thanks

The cast iron grate on my Performer is 17 1/2"x12". I don't know the size of the Weber griddle, But I have a Wagner that fits in the cutout. Lodge also has one about the same size.

been trying to find these wagner and lodge griddles that have those 17 x 12 dimensions and none come close. Where did you get yours??

Hey guys, found a griddle that will fit in cutout of your CI grate or even for those that don't have them it will fit over your regular grate. American Origins makes it and it's actually on sale @ Sears right now. It's either that or pay 40+ for a Lodge.
