Weber Genesis II ignition issue?

Hey all, just got my now warrantied SE-330 put together, but having ignition issues. I only hear the clicking from what seems like the middle burner, so the left won't light, at least not without a pretty big flame up. I know from swapping out the burners and all from one grill to the next that each has an ignition element. Any idea what the problem would be? Is this just a "reach out to Weber and use a lighter" in the meantime issue?

I'd replace the battery.

I'd check the wires to each igniter.

Look at the spark in the dark with the gas off and see if it's sparking, and that the igniter has not slid back on the burner away from the gas

Battery was new, and works on some. But I am not super electrically inclined, so not sure how to check the wires, other than that they appear to be connected. I will try to look for a spark tomorrow.
