Weber Gas Grill Accessories

So after following many of the suggestions here in the forum, I ordered a Genesis EP-330 grill last night. The store manager asked if I wanted a cover, I told him I wasn't decided yet. After our brief conversation he made me a great offer. Hand wrote a "manager special" 1/2 off any accessories I buy when I pick up my grill next week.

So my question to you all... what are some of the best "must have" accessories I should consider? I do believe I will get a cover (for any long winter hibernations) and a handle lamp (for late night cooking).

Thanks.

A cover and a handle lamp were my two additions to my EP 330. :)

anything else is more dependant on what you already have, don't have. You can never have too many propane tanks. a good large spatula and tongs are also must haves. :)

Cover is an absolute must have. I use a grill pan a lot for veggies and small items. I also have the basket type, but don't use it nearly as often. If I had to pick just one, it would be the pan.

Need to check on bottles. I am assuming none are included. You really need to have two so you always have a full one one hand. Since you will more than likely be swapping them out vs. having them filled, you might want to check your local CL.

LOL... I don't think the Weber dealer will consider Steaks and roasts as "accessories" for 1/2 off.
Propane tanks are not needed as I went Natural Gas. I like the idea of the grill pan for veggies, etc. Anyone have/use the cast iron griddle grate? Was thinking that griddle on 1/2 of grill would be great for bacon cheeseburgers (bacon on griddle and burgers over grill grate). :)

I got the cast iron griddle for Christmas and it is awesome. I use it for cooking breakfast(bacond and sausage) and fish more than anything. It gives a great sear to the fish. I also like the Pizza pan which I got at Christmas. The veggie pans are grate also. I use the rotisserie attachment for Chicken, pineapples, and pork loins. I also recommend the cover even though mine sits on a covered patio. Have fun with the new toy.
