Just wanted to give a shoutout to Weber Customer Service. I've been a 22" kettle owner for 8 years and have recently acquired an old WSM - from what I can tell it's an 80's model. The WSM needed some replacement parts including the bottom charcoal bowl. I picked up the grates, a replacement wood handle, and straps mostly through Amazon but I wished I had contacted Weber directly 1st. I called them earlier this morning and was talking to a live person within 5 minutes of dialing - Amazing - I explained the old WSM and the need for a new bowl. The agent checked schematics to make sure the new bowl would fit the old - yes. Gave the price of over $100 the took off $34 & shipped it for free to me! Even without the discount the service was incredible - with the discount I am now a raving fan for life!
