Mark, good going. I also have both of them. On page 196 in the "Real Grilling" is a real good recipe. We've made it 3 times so far. lol
For those that have not gotten around to buying the cookbook yet, it is a recipe for "BEER-MARINATED CHICKEN TACOS".
