Webcam for Heatermeter 4.0

Awesome => works with my Lifecam HD-3000 as well now! I even was able to forward the port and access it via my noip account. So I'll definitely be able to monitor the BBQ from work :cool:

Very cool that you could find a solution, thanks a lot Bryan! I am definitely going to have to recommend Heatermeter to an electronics buddy or two of mine... one is just building a house and I suspect he will get to a BBQ soon.

Now to grill some pre-smoked filet from the other day... mmm!
 
The OpenWrt software hasn't changed so the same information is still relevant. No guide though, I haven't looked at this since that last post!

So, if I install the packages
libjpeg
mjpg-streamer
kmod-i2c-core
kmod-video-core
kmod-video-videobuf2
kmod-video-uvc

change /etc/rc.local

and reboot, it should start working on port 8080?
