J joe thomas TVWBB Fan Apr 2, 2010 #22 James, I have a sample cook up and running now... http://www.bbqbuds.com/edthesped/cooks/28 The only problem is that the wire to my fan broke so I am using a ball valve to control air in rather than the fan. All that you should see is the pit temperature until I get to Radio Shack to buy longer wires and solder the fan up.
