Weathered Stainless Steel Summit $275

Thinking about getting this.

Would any of the extensive rust parts be covered by warranty? Is the price worthwhile to rehab it?

Is it really propane as the ad states? I see a yellow gas line in the pictures that make me think it's NG.

Looks like a S650?

holy moses.... I have a summit and I do the simplest of the simple for maintenance... and my cabinet looks nothing like that. I wonder if they had a grease fire.

and the stainless hose (yellow) is typically for natural gas installations.... there should be a hose with regulator for propane.... IMHO.

I've seen nicer Summits pop up for not much more money. Smart move.

Yea good move. I have a Non-Weber SS gasser that has been sitting out in the elements for at least 16 yrs and it doesn't show a hint of rust.
