Maybe it's just me and I've been lucky, but what do you call it when you fire your WSM and put the meat on, and it goes to the EXACT temperature you were shooting for and holds...without you really doing anything? I'm certainly not bragging or saying that it's any of my doing; I'm just saying the WSM sometimes seems to just "know" what it's supposed to do.
