It has been mentioned in the past, as I recall seeing it before. I would think finding an old lid, modding it with an opening, and using a couple of firebricks to raise up a pizza stone would get you basically the same results.
Though I like this idea much better. Less invasive, no need to hack the dome.
not that i want one but was surprised that weber felt there was such a huge need in germany for this that they made it.
again, they ignore the states though.
