How do you folks warm up your leftovers? I thought my ribs were fantastic just off the WSM. I would have been proud to have anyone give them a try.

When I reheated them however, they were good but not great. I sliced them and sealed them in foil with a teaspoon or two of water. I then put them in the oven for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.

Is there a better way?

Thanks,

-Rob

Hi Rob,

We've had good luck warming items well wrapped in foil as you mentioned, however we don't go above 200?.

what i do to reheat my leftovers is cover the container they are in, tupperware or a ceramic bowl or whatever with a wet paper towel, and warm in the microwave gently. Not on max power. It seems to work rather well.
