Scored a 7# butt cut into CS ribs for $1.19lb at Sams. Used MCcormick's Brown sugar bourbon for a rub.
About an hour with the vortex with a chunk of white oak, and an hour in a 325 oven, foiled with SBR honey and some OJ.
That's cabbage, onions and noodles with some spare rib trimmings and obvious mixed frozen vegs.
Felt good to be outside grilling!
