Vortex country style ribs.


 
Scored a 7# butt cut into CS ribs for $1.19lb at Sams. Used MCcormick's Brown sugar bourbon for a rub.
About an hour with the vortex with a chunk of white oak, and an hour in a 325 oven, foiled with SBR honey and some OJ.
That's cabbage, onions and noodles with some spare rib trimmings and obvious mixed frozen vegs.:)
Felt good to be outside grilling!

Looks good Timothy! How tender were they after two hours? I haven't done country style ribs in ages, but tender in a couple of hours would tempt me! :)
