I've been to the Costco Business Center in Hayward, CA, but not to the new one here in San Jose until today. So many interesting things to look at that I have no use for, like a $7K commercial oven or a whole, frozen goat. However, lots of great meat choices in the walk-in cooler and some food items meant for resale that can be used at home if you've got storage space, a freezer, or a bunch of hungry kids.
One good find was that they had the usual two-pack of disposable nitrile gloves while my regular Costco had none last week. Something else I bought that I hadn't seen at my regular Costco was a box of eight Swift USDA Prime individually frozen steaks--NY strip, ribeye, tenderloin, and sirloin.
Also, they were selling the Winco MBX-1300Q stainless steel mixing bowl that I've used as a replacement water pan in my 18.5" WSM. I know some people have had mixed results with this pan, but it's only $3.99 at the Costco Business Center! Wow!
