I've had this veggie basket for a while but haven't used it. Normally we do kebabs. Also never done the brussel sprouts, but was inspired by Jim Lampe's cooks with them. Also had some sliced chicken to use up and was inspired by Tony and Maribel's chicken salad tostadas....just broke some taco shells #feelinglazy.

That's the same reason I tried Brussels sprouts, as well! The cooks that Mr. Lampe showed us was so mouth-watering that I just had to try it, and once I did, the entire family love them! Now we eat them on a regular basis.

The other veggies look excellent, as well!
