A couple weeks ago there was a woman giving samples out at the grocery store, and I happened to try Boar's Head Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise. It was so good (had a nice kick) I grabbed a bottle.

I took a stab at improving my fry sauce and it turned out well, and I just made my third batch.

Here's what I did:

5T Mayonaise
1.5 T ketchup
.5t granulated onion
.5t granulated garlic
1T hot sauce (Marie Sharp's BEWARE)
.5t chipotle powder
.5t smoked paprika
1 pinch (or as much as you like) fresh ground black pepper

Stir it up, let it sit for a few (10-20 minutes), and enjoy!

Looks good and I'll try it. I usually make a batch of Bryan S Chipolte Mayo and that's great on just about anything.
