H, I've almost finished my back ribs. They're in foil, and due, in 15 minutes for their last cook out of the foil. That will being me to 6.45. Just learned that we can't eat before 7.30. Can I re-foil the ribs, and wrap and keep them like a pulled pork in a hamper and towels? Or what? At competitions, they seem to just heat them over the grill to warm them up. Is that OK?
