Unexpected...best use for garlic infused olive oil?

It is absolutely fabulous on corn on the cob!
Lose the butter and drizzle on the olive oil with garlic. I'm talking about whole cloves of garlic cooked in Olive oil in the oven.
Promise.
 
I had some a couple of years ago and would drizzle it over my roast pork loin before serving, then mop up any extra with a pice of a baguette. We also used it with some dipping spices to dip bread before meals. It doesn't last long whenever it finds its way here!
