Haven’t done these in a few weeks and everyone loves a good rubbed yard bird and sprouts.

Chicken ran at 450° for 25 mins then 400° for 35. Cooked to breast temp of 162° and then pulled. Sprouts went on at 30 mins into the cook and pulled with the chicken.

Yeah, these were pretty good. A light crunch on the outside and tender inside. Near perfection! And this all makes for a great chicken and sprouts burrito for leftovers.
