Two Turkeys ?

I'm planning on smoking two for thanksgiving...10-12 lbs.

Has anyone had experience with two on the WSM /infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif ? Do you suggest rotating the birds between the levels ? Are they turned ? How long a cook @ 325 -350 ?

A recent similar question. Length of time will depend on the size of the birds. At 325-350, give yourself about a 4 hour total cook window for average 10 lb. birds.
