Two Temp Gauges ?


 
I see where people have done that quite a bit. I am not sure why. No lid thermometer is going to be super accurate, so moving it to the center will only improve readings maybe a slight bit. I think what happens is that the side thermometer dies and they can't find a replacement for that style and just buy one of the generic charbroil style ones and drill a hole for it.
