TWO rib roasts?

Just heard back from relatives re: Christmas, and we're likely to have a houseful.

Planning on a high heat rib roast. Just curious who has experience with doing two at one time.

I've done two or more at once. Also, I've had good luck doing them at low heat as well. I pull mine at 130-135 and let set.

I put one up top and one down below. I also rotate the bottom with the top after it hits 100-110. No logic in that, but it's been working.

Will they be bone-in?
