I got them on at around 6:15 a.m. (Eastern time). No photos as I was too busy scrambling to get them on the smoker. Also, my old Stoker started acting squirrely (it was showing the fire temperature as -153 degrees, and running the blower at full speed). Fortunately I noticed the problem when the actual temp was only 275 degrees, but if I had done an overnight cook as I had planned, I could have had a meltdown, or at best a couple of really charred butts.
