Two Ingredient Pizza Dough

1 cup self-rising flour*
1 cup Greek yogurt (non, low or whole fat)

1. Mix in a bowl until they roughly come together, then knead the dough on a floured counter top for about 5 minutes. If the dough seems too wet at anytime, just add a touch more flour. Then simply roll it out, top it with whatever you desire and bake it in a 475F oven for about 12 minutes.

*Self-rising flour = 1 cup flour, 1/2 TB. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt

The wife uses this recipe when we are trying to eat healthier. I prefer it when the yogurt is not non fat.
