Bought a rib primal around xmas. Cut into roasts and steaks for later.
Saturday was later. Wife was at the casino with her sis so I already had this defrosted and ready to go.
Made a paste rub with worsh, evo and the spice house back of the yard seasoning.
Some oven baked potatoes and a head of cauliflower.
Creamy horsy sauce and sour cream for the baked and beef. Parm on the Cali.
