I've done one many times, but doing two today. Cooking for 20 people. Both birds are about 14 Lbs.
(1) Should I do one over the other, or do one on the WSM and one on the Performer.
(2) If I do both in the WSM, should I account for a lot of extra cooking time?
(3) Should I plan on approximately the same cooking time, or does the one on the top cook faster?
Any other recommendations?
