Turning meat

Does anybody bother turning Brisket or Pork Butts? Some people like to just leave them alone for the entire smoking seesion. Others like to turn them once about halfway through. Some people turn them 2 or 3 times over about 12 hours or so.
I know brisket cooks best fat side up, but I just want to see what other WSM users do.

I would just assume not mess with it and leave everything alone, but if it will make a more even cook or better browning, I might turn them once halfway through.

Turning brisket at the halfs' would ok, but not needed most of time. Butts it's not needed.
Check at the halfs' and if looks like it's drying then turn.
