Turkey tails

Looking to do up some turkey tails, anyone have any experience with these things? Recipes? I did find this one helpful link http://youtu.be/SWidCrBnF0I but would like to here from my TVWBB brothers.

No experience, but they look like something that I would like to try.

Proving a little hard to find unless I want to buy 40lbs. My local butcher said as we get closer to turkey season he will be able to provide.
