Turkey Parts.. Wingz n Breast

Found some Turkey parts and so I just got my Chef Merito Seasonings and so I added them to my parts.. First was the Chipotle Chicken Wings and the other was the Pollo Seasoning..

Dusted. The Chipotle was pretty good.. Not HOT as they said it was..



Cooked. Sorry no grill pics, I indirected them for 1.5 hrs..



Breast with the Pollo season.. I did not care for this, maybe because it was for Chicken, not Turkey.



Cooked.. and on a Dora Plate.. Yep, I cool like that. Ok, it was one of the ones closest..



I made Turkey Noodle Soup from the leftover breast... Delish...

Looks really good!!! Do you like the Pollo seasoning on chicken? Its one of my favorites for chicken and would think it would be good on turkey too.
 
those wings look delish! the breast looks pretty good but try the chicken seasoning on b/s thighs... or maybe breasts.. I use a lot more of the carne asada seasoning than the chicken,,,and I've yet to find the wing stuff but I'll snatch it up if I see it.
 
Great job on left over parts, then with doing turkey soup thats awesome. Soup is always a great way to use left overs.
 
Those look really good and I bet the soup was good. Need a picture of the soup. I'm a big fan of the Chef Merito seasonings, both for beef and chicken.

I only tried it on the Turkey.. I made some Chicken Fajitas the other night and used the Fajita Seasoning plus a tad of the Carne... It was good... I got the sample combo...4 spices. A riend got 3.
