So this year, along with spinning a turkey, I will attempt to smoke some turkey legs (Disney style). I will follow the recipe found on amazingribs.com. For those of you out there that have done it, any pointers or tips/tricks? I will be smoking them in my kettle using a SnS. Thanks all!
