Turkey Legs

Hi all! So far I've done ribs and a whole turkey. Both turned out really well - I'm so excited! I owe it all to the hours I've poured over your forum information!

I've searched the site, but see no information on smoking turkey legs. Does anyone add them on to other smokes and if so do you have a recipe you would share? Our family likes the ones at area fairs and thought it would be fun to try it. I will be trying my first brisket this weekend. Could I add some to that session?

Turkey legs are one of my favorites. Just monday night I did 2 of them for dinner at a grand total of $1.83. Just a little applewood works very well for my taste. With turkey a little smoke goes a long way.

I did some for a tailgate last year. I called up the local Tyson distibutor and they sold me a couple of cases. They were HUGE! (and awesome)

I Keri-brined them like a turkey and smoked 'em til they were done. It was a lot like the State Fair ones.
