Turkey Brining ?

I am planning to get a "bone in" turkey breast for my next cook, and use Keri C's brine recipe.

My question is, since this comes frozen, can I but it directly in the cooled brine and into the fridge and let it thaw out while soaking in the brine?

In the interests of an even, thorough brining, I'd wait until after it's thawed. The brine will have no effect on the meat while it is frozen. The part that thaws first will brine longer, making it potentially mushy or salty; the part that thaws last may not see any benefits of the brine at all.
 
Doug is right. I've tried thawing/brining at the same time with that particular apple juice brine recipe, and I was not happy with the results.
