Cut my monster breast in half. I did one just salt and pepper and one injected with creole butter and Oakridge game bird rub.
Both are wrapped in foil with butter, couldn’t get a pic because my hands got dirty.
All of it looks fantastic and I am so jealous. Hope to get my SF back up and running tomorrow. Dusted off the old reliable WSM today and it did a great job on our turkey as always.
did a fantastic job, ran 225 until 130 and wrapped in foil kicked it up to 265.
