Hello, I need to make a whole turkey and some pork butt at the same time and I am looking for advice. I've done pork but but never a turkey. I read on the website the turkey's results are best when cooked at 300-350 which we all know is to hot for the pork but. My thoughts are to finish the pork but and then do the turkey at the very end hoping my pork but will stay good. Any thoughts??
